An elementary teacher from the Manor Independent School District is accused of trying to stab her boyfriend.
According to a report, Manor officers responded to a call for service at 16701 Jaron Drive in reference to a family disturbance on Monday night around 11:00 p.m. Police were given information that a person inside of the home, identified as 41-year-old Yamile Uribe, attempted to stab her live-in boyfriend with a kitchen knife after a night of drinking.
Yamile is a teacher at Lagos Elementary School in Manor.
Yamile was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
