Arizona Double Murder Suspect Nabbed in Pflugerville

Members of a U.S. Marshals-led task force arrested a man on Saturday, April 30, 2022 who is wanted for a double homicide in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Terrance Santistevan, 18, was arrested at the intersection of Copper Mine Drive and Colorado Sand Drive in Pflugerville, Texas.

A murder warrant was issued April 29 by the Superior Court of the State of Arizona in Pinal County.  Santistevan was sought for the murder of two women who were struck by multiple rounds and pronounced deceased.

The Arizona Wanted Violent Offender Task Force requested assistance from the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force – Austin Division to locate and apprehend Santistevan, who was known to have fled from Arizona to the Greater Austin area.

Members of the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force immediately continued fugitive efforts, which led authorities to Pflugerville, Texas where Santistevan was observed in vehicle near a residential neighborhood.

Members of the task force surrounded Santistevan on Copper Mind Drive where he was arrested without incident.  Santistevan now awaits a judicial proceeding and extradition.  He is currently in the Travis County Jail.
