Three arrested for killing and robbing East Austin Ice cream Vendor

Police say Marquis Davis, one of the three men charged with killing ice cream vendor Adelaido Urias, was arrested days earlier for a separate aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge. Davis, Jermaine Jones, and Devlon Wardy were all charged this week with capital murder. Each has a $1-million bond. Police are looking for a fourth man who they say was the getaway driver after they robbed and shot Urias.

We’re expected to learn more today about the three men charged in the senseless killing of Adelaido Bernabe Urias, the longtime ice cream vendor who was gunned down in the Rundberg neighborhood in June.  Police say the three men are charged with capital murder after arrests were made last night.  Witnesses say the men shot and robbed Urias, then ran away.
