Austin City Council Approves $4.1B Budget, Georgia Charter School Brings Back Paddling, Hurricane Florence on Its Way to East Coast

• Austin City Council approves budget raising taxes, rates and fees for a combined impact of a two percent increase for the typical taxpayer -- that amounts to $77.31 per year, or $6.44 per month
