• Brett Kavanaugh has been confirmed as the next Supreme Court Justice

• The southbound Interstate 35 Oltorf Street exit will be permanently closed on Monday as crews convert the Woodland Avenue exit (232B) into the Woodland Avenue/Oltorf Street exit (232)

•A man visiting Austin for ACL has been missing since Saturday

• Peel and Son Funeral Home is under investigation by the Texas Department of Banking for illegally selling prepaid funeral benefit contracts

• TECH NEWS:

• 20 people have died in the deadliest transportation accident in the U.S. in a decade after a limo driver carrying 18 people crashed into a parked car and also hit 2 pedestrians

• A driving instructor was arrested after his students suspected he was drunk while instructing them

• Two Illinois youth football coaches are facing felony charges after police say a fight broke out between coaches and parents following a game and one coach displayed a gun
