• The COA conducted a study to check the lighting of the UT campus which found many were broken or vandalized

• A California lawmaker has pledged to re-introduce a bill that would allow adults who live in the state illegally to receive medical care paid for by the government

• One parent is asking the Round Rock school district staff to keep kindergartners from exiting a school bus unless a parent or guardian is there to meet them after an incident where her son got off the at wrong stop

• Apple CEO Tim Cook addressed white supremacists and “dangerous conspiracy theorists” today,

• A Detroit family is upset at American Airlines and Chicago's O'Hare airport after a 67 year old woman who has Parkinson's disease and diabetes and uses a wheelchair, because she has trouble walking, was left overnight at O'Hare following the cancelation of her flight home

• A  9-year-old boy has convinced the leaders of a small northern Colorado town to overturn a nearly century-old ban on snowball fights
