Changing the way companies hire employees is what one Austin-based startup is doing at South By Southwest.
ARYTIC is the name of the company. Their founder Sri Rao Boddapu says they use their proprietary artificial intelligence combined with machine learning to match the personalities of job seekers to companies that best fit.
Boddapu has a good record with successful startups, He says this is his 7th one.
