Chilling details are revealed in the death of little Colton Turner

We are getting more details on the tragic death of little Colton Turner today. According to the arrest affidavit, Meagan Rena Work, the homeless Cedar Park Mom of two year old Colton Turner, claims a seizure is responsible for killing her little boy. In the document, Work says the boy hit his head on an air conditioner inside a hotel room as the result of being assaulted July 6th. The statement implies either Work or her boyfriend, Michael Brandt Turner may have hit the boy with such force that he hit his head hard enough to raise a large bump. Work claims after the injury, the boy wasn't able to walk. Later that day, Work says she went with Colton to Turner's work where she was waiting for him to get paid. That's when the boy started having trouble breathing. The pair blame each other in the affidavit's for not taking the boy to the hospital to get help saying they feared they would get in trouble and have Colton taken from them. They describe burying the child twice - the first time they dug him back up, put his body in Turner's truck bed, and put the body on the floor of the hotel room until the next day when Turner buried Colton at the Felter Lane location. Right now, the only charges facing the pair are tampering with evidence.
