Experts say Austin's package bomber is highly skilled and disciplined, and not someone who just did a few Google searches.  Dr. Alex del Carmen, a professor of law enforcement techniques at Tarlton State University, says it will be no surprise if this turns out to be terrorism.

He says no matter how smart a person is, all bombs leave some form of DNA trail, which is how the 'Unabomber' was nabbed.  APD Chief Brian Manley fully believes the person will be arrested.
