With Austin City Councilmember Ellen Troxclaire not seeking a second council term, the city leadership could turn all blue. But, the Travis County GOP’s Matt Mackowiak says they may have one challenger looking to fill Troxclair’s shoes.
Chairman matt Mackowiak says, one vote can make a big difference, when compared to an all blue council. Mackowiack also believes the GOP does have at least one person ready to fill Troxclaires shoes.
If there is no conservative on council, Mackowiak says, affordability will go unchecked by the city’s leadership.
