Cruz sponsors anti-human trafficking bill

Texas U.S. Senator Ted Cruz is co-sponsoring legislation that would make more information available on the use of non-immigrant work visas. He says those visas are used by human traffickers to hide what they’re doing.

There will not be information on individuals included in this data, only general information that law enforcement can use to look for certain patterns that indicate human trafficking.
