A man with a cell phone captures the moment he says a cyclist scammed a driver out of money.  The video shows the irate cyclist demanding the driver give him $20 for running into his bike as he was crossing the street.

At one point, the cyclist can be heard threatening to break the driver's jaw.  In the video, the person behind the camera can be heard saying the cyclist "did this on purpose."  The driver eventually walked to an ATM with the cyclist, which police say you should never do.
