Immigration rights groups are refocusing their efforts on how to stop the state’s new anti-sanctuary city law. Now that the 5th Circuit Court ruled in favor of the law, Bob Libal the Executive Director of Grassroots leadership says they need to take their opposition to the law to the cities and counties.

Those cities, counties and immigration rights groups fighting the law will get another chance in court. The merits of the case against the law overall will continue at the Federal District Court in San Antonio.
