Flood watch has been issued in San Marcos

With storms inbound from the Gulf the City of San Marcos has issued a flood watch for Friday and Saturday. Officials say they are expecting anywhere from 1-3 inches of rain, and because of recent storms they worry about flooding in low lying and flood prone areas.
