Georgetown fatal crash closes I-35 ramp

At 4:08 pm, Georgetown Police Department was notified a vehicle traveling northbound in the 3200 blk of IH-35 had driven from the interstate and crashed, landing upside down, into Berry Creek. Emergency responders indicated the vehicle was occupied by three people. Two have been transported to Seton Williamson County with CPR in progress and the third was pronounced deceased on scene. 

There is no further update on the two persons transported at this time.

Police have the northbound off-ramp at mile-marker 265 closed, and it will remain closed for several hours while the crash investigation is completed.
