Majority plan to keep spending in check this holiday season

Although there are predictions that sales will increase this holiday season, a new survey shows many people are trying to keep their spending in check. Bankrate’s Mark Hamrick says 74 percent says they plan to spend the same or less this holiday season.
 
Hamrick says that’s especially true of younger adults, who are more focused on saving than spending.
