Nearly 100 Pedicabs Destroyed in East Austin Fire

The Austin Fire Department is investigating the cause of an early morning fire in East Austin at a warehouse near 4th Street and Comal.  

Two pedicab companies operate out of the building.  All combined, fire crews say the loss was almost 100 of those pedicabs.

No injuries were reported, but officials say there was significant damages.

The fire took nearly an hour to get under control.
