Pflugerville police target bad holiday driving

Police in Pflugerville target speeders, aggressive drivers and other traffic violators this holiday season.

It's something called Operation Safe Travels. Pflugerville Police Sgt. Skip Welch says cops are targeting the highly trafficked FM 685 corridor and around the Stonehill Town Center shopping complex, and several other locations around Pflugerville.

The operation runs thru January 1st. Welch says they're trying to cut down on crashes that damage property and cause injuries or death.
