Precourt Sports Ventures has lain out a plan for what a proposed MLS stadium could look like at McKalla Place. The plan calls for the stadium to be surrounded by three parking lots with a total of 1000 spaces, but the stadium looks to hold 10-thousand seats. That means if it is built quite a few fans will have to find a ride to the game.

Today is your last chance to turn in an online survey about using City owned and near the Domain for a public private MLS Soccer stadium.  While many residents who participated in a trio of public hearing were supportive, area advocates and even some on City Councilmembers believe the land would be better used for affordable and low income housing.
