At an MLK Day rally tomorrow afternoon east Austin civic leaders are expected to unveil a plan for City Council to slow down gentrification.  Dr. Fred McGhee, head of the Save Montopolis Negro School Coalition says some elected officials are just making things worse.

McGhee says he and others are fighting for their right to stay in their Austin homes, and not get muscled out.
