TABC concerned by bar shootings

Weekends in Austin have seen several shootings as of late, particularly close to bars in a few instances. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission's Chris Porter says bars have a responsibility if they want to keep their license.

Porter adds if they see a business at the nexus of several incidents, that could lead to an investigation calling into question just what going on at that bar.
