The Trump Administration’s plans to roll back clean-car fuel economy standards is not sitting well with the Texas Public Interest Research Group. State Director Bay Scoggin says the standards not only help public health with cleaner air but also can save money for drivers.
Scoggin says the rollback rules hamper states’ rights to set their own air quality standards.
