A shortage of software engineers prompts an Austin-based startup to do something about it.
A company called Code Pilot aims to make software engineering education easier and faster. Co-founder Cara McCarty says the software industry is booming.  “Education institutions around the world can’t produce software engineers fast enough. And companies love to continue to keep their resources and talent. So that’s why Code Pilot is doing really, rally well.” McCarty says you can try a free course out now for the next three weeks.

The company is called Code Pilot. Co-founder Cara McCarty said they’re an online learning platform for software engineering and they have a freebie for you.
She says you can learn basic programming in Python in about 15 minutes.
