Updated at 3:45

We're learning more about the fatal bus crash that claimed the life of a bicyclist by the UT Campus.

University of Texas Police Chief David Carter said their investigation of Mindy Taylor Stafford shows her bus drifted into angled parking lanes where 39-year-old Anthony Diaz was safely riding. Carter said Diaz was hit and dragged over 110 feet.

Stafford was charged with felony manslaughter. The video will not be released to the public at this time, but police are seeking additional passenger witnesses.

UT Police say the Cap Metro bus driver that hit and killed a bicyclist has been arrested and charged with felony manslaughter.

Police records show Mindy Taylor Stafford was told by passengers she was about to hit 39-year-old Anthony Diaz who was riding northbound on San Jacinto when her bus drifted into angled parking spaces where no bus stop exists.
