White House strategy could backfire

The White House continues to refuse to cooperate with the impeachment inquiry into President Trump unless House democrats bring the issue to the floor for a formal vote.  Professor Stephen Vladeck with UT School of Law says the president's defiant tone is only fueling the democrat's desire to see him impeached and removed from office.

The White House maintains its stance that the push for impeachment is purely political, but not legal nor constitutional.
