Hutto Orders More Limits on Public Gatherings

Due to the climbing number of COVID-19 cases across Williamson County, the City of Hutto has canceled all nonessential public gatherings.  This includes the upcoming Tailgates & Tunes concert series, and any events at the Brushy Creek Amphitheater.

“We are currently working with our partners at RS3 and the City of Hutto to reschedule our shows for later this summer or early fall, including a much-deserved fireworks celebration to kick it off,” said Jennifer Stevens, organizer of the Tailgates & Tunes event.

Events will be rescheduled at a time when it is “safe and responsible to organize larger public gatherings,” the city says in a statement.

“We believe in the power of connection, the importance of coming together as a community,” said Stevens, “and are committed to creating opportunities for live music to be enjoyed in a safe environment.”
