Brisket Bandit burnt after confession

A San Marcos man is behind bars after New Braunfels Police say they caught up with the so called brisket bandit. NBPD reports 47-year-old Rene Lozano returned to the area HEB where he's accused of stealing one-thousand-dollars worth of brisket and admitted to the deed.
