Fort Hood soldier accused of raping a woman in Austin parking garage

A Fort Hood soldier is in Bell County jail charged with sexual assaulting a woman in an Austin parking garage last Summer.
Police records say 24-year-old Jeremiah Rajahn Holland offered the victim a ride after leaving the Rain nightclub on 4th Street. She finally accepted and when they got to his car, Holland allegedly got in the back seat and then forced her to perform oral sex on him and raped her while his friend drove. She and the friend pleaded with Holland to stop. Afterwards they drove the victim to her car. She got a sex assault exam the next day and ID'd Holland from a photo lineup. He denied the attack but his DNA was found on the victim.
