Amy Jo Anderson is a battle-tested leader, entrepreneur, and former U.S. Air Force Weapons Technician whose career combines military discipline with business innovation. Beginning her service in Texas as an Air Force Bomb and Missile Weapons Technician and later serving at Nellis Air Force Base as Special Events and Air Show Coordinator, she developed expertise in logistics, crisis management, and high-pressure leadership.

After her military career, Amy Jo became a successful entrepreneur, bringing the Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery franchise from Las Vegas to Texas. She now serves alongside her husband as CAO and CMO of Anderson Landscape.

Throughout her career, she has launched and led businesses across healthcare, agriculture, hospitality, and construction. Known for building resilient teams and navigating complex regulatory environments, Amy Jo specializes in operational excellence, corporate governance, supply chain management, and leadership development.
