A Seat at the Table

A New Show About the Long Road to Leadership
Breakthroughs don’t always happen in a boardroom, they happen long before that. Usually, they happen in the quiet years of showing up, being underestimated, learning hard lessons, and refusing to leave the room. This idea is at the heart of our new monthly radio show, A Seat at the Table, hosted by Melynda Brant & Ashley Stroud.
Each episode shines a spotlight on women who have earned their place through persistence, discipline, and an unglamorous amount of unseen work. While the show highlights women, its message is universal. A Seat at the Table goes beyond titles and milestones to explore the real moments that shape leaders.
Listeners can expect thoughtful, honest discussions about endurance, leadership, and what it truly means to earn influence. No fluff, no jargon, no polished soundbites. These are real stories of progress, shaped by experience and grounded in hard-earned perspective. The show premieres the first Tuesday of every month from 6 to 7 PM, inviting listeners to pull up a chair and take part in conversations that matter. Because every seat has a story, and every story has something to teach.
