Gas prices up slightly in Austin and Texas

Both statewide and here in Austin gas prices went up slightly in the last week, both by two cents per gallon. Daniel Armbrister with Triple-A Texas says that doesn’t necessarily mean prices will continue to go up.

 

He says gas supplies remain strong, so that should mean prices will drop again before the end of the year. 

 

He says some areas of the state did see a decline over the week.
