2019 could see issues for home sales. One big problem is the fact that there simply aren’t affordable homes for first time home buyers says realtor Bob Jacobs. He says that probably won’t change because builders aren’t putting up starter homes.
He says that causes all kinds of issues, because if people can’t afford their first home they won’t be able to start moving up the home owning ladder.
