Austin’s Police Union President Ken Cassaday tore into City Council members this morning. He said council is waiting time and dragging their feet in the police Union Contract negotiations.
He also mentioned three officers have recently left for other departments, one left Texas alltogether.
This kicked off an argument between Cassaday and Councilmember Jimmy Flannagan.
