The life of former oldest living WWII veteran Richard Overton who died two weeks ago at the age of 112 was honored in the nation’s capitol by Texas US Senator John Cornyn.
A public viewing of Overton is set for Friday from Noon to seven at Cook-Walden Funeral Home. His funeral and burial at the Texas State Cemetary is Saturday.
