Austin police are hoping more witnesses will come forward that saw a shooting in the middle of a rain storm outside a northeast Austin apartment. The complex is near the intersection of Parmer and Dessau. Police officer Bino Cardinas says the gunfire broke out shortly before 3 in the afternoon.
Cardinas says they did interview several witnesses at the scene and are hoping there might be some surveillance video that could help identify a suspect.
