People parking illegally in disabled parking spaces is a huge problem for the disabled. So says Parking Mobility Project Director Mack Marsh. To make matters worse, Marsh says those who get cited in Travis County more often than not get their cases dismissed.
Marsh says his group has a class that violators can take which he says has a recidivism rate of zero percent. Mobility Project volunteers report violators through a smartphone app and police determine whether or not to cite the owners.
