Austin Police Department homicide detectives announced this week the arrest of Eloy Adrian Camarillo in connection with the murder of Infowars reporter Jaime White.
On Sunday, March 9, 2025, at approximately 11:56 p.m., APD responded to a shooting at the Chandelier Apartments located at 2336 Douglas Street. When officers arrived on the scene, they located one victim, later identified as Jamie White, lying on the ground in the parking lot with gunshot wounds. White was transported to a local hospital, where he was later died.
It’s believed White was shot and killed after confronting burglars who were breaking into his car in the parking lot of his apartment complex.
Camarillo is now charged with Capital Murder.
