The mystery of the cause of cloudy water in Barton Springs pool has been solved and the pool is reopen today. The cities Thain Maurer says it turns out it was caused by someone drilling a well.
The pool had been closed since Wednesday. The company that was drilling the well without a permit has been cited by the city.
