The investigation continues into a fatal crash in Bastrop county Friday night that killed four children and left the driver of their car in a coma. The car the victims were in was stopped, waiting to turn left off of highway 21 onto Quarter Horse Loop when it was hit from behind by a truck. The video shows the truck not hitting the breaks until right before the crash and DPS troopers say that indicates that the driver of the truck was distracted, possibly by a cell phone.
