Texas allows medical marijuana, but only for a very small subset of epilepsy patients. State senator Jose Menendez wants to expand that, so he’s filed a bill for the upcoming legislative session that would expand who qualifies for medical marijuana.
He says every state around Texas allows medical marijuana. Both doctors groups and veterans groups want the law expanded here as well.
