Hurricane Harvey survivor tax benefits are winding down. Senator from Texas Ted Cruz says President Trump signed into law a bill co-sponsored with Senators John Cornyn and Marco Rubio that gives victims the chance to draw from retirement savings to fund repairing storm damages.
Cruz says those withdrawals must be made by December 31st.
