A condo for sale in downtown Austin could break a record for most expensive one ever sold in the city.
The Austin Business Journal reports that the 13 thousand square foot, four-bedroom, seven-bathroom condo takes up an entire floor of the Four Season Residences. It has a 360 degree view of downtown Austin and has six private terraces. The asking price is $25 million or over $1900 per square foot.
If it commands that it, would shatter the previous record of $5.5 million for a condo at the Austonian. Realtors say currently luxury condos downtown are being priced at up to $1250 per square foot.
