The Williamson County Sheriff says they have made an arrest in a massive animal cruelty case out of Georgetown. Jeffry Dollard is looking at $30,000 in bonds and 15 counts of cruelty to animals after deputies were called to his home and found cats dogs and a number of birds in various states and others dead.
Of the 50 animals that were found at the home by the relative, 14 of the animals had died.
