Tens of thousands of people are expected to take part in this weekend’s Austin Festival.
[Among them is Filmmaker Par Parekh, he’s showing his short film “The Happy.” And while other filmmakers are hoping for exposure and possibly a deal for their ideas, Parekh says he’s hoping for something a bit simpler. He enjoys meeting different people from the film industry, like writers from across the country.
The Austin Film Festival runs through the end of the month.
