The former Hays County deacon who is accused of two counts of indecency with a child by contact has been arrested. 85-year-old Charles Sweet is in Travis County jail. His bond has been set at $200 thousand dollars. Austin Police are waiting for other victims of Sweet to come forward. Sweet was deacon of Hays Hills Baptist Church in Buda and told police he was attracted to girls under 12.
