Austin and Texas continue to be powerhouses when it comes to job creation.
That’s according to figures released by the Texas Workforce Commission for the month of November. 14 thousand new jobs came online
Dr. Vance Ginn of the Texas Public Policy Foundation said in Austin the tech sector added the most jobs, noting they were among the highest paying. Unemployment rates in the city and state continue to be at record low levels and the labor market will continue to be tight.
