As summer kicks off you and the family can ride Capital Metro a bit cheaper as K-12 students will ride for free until September 1. The transit agency’s Mariette Hummel says this is in response to what customers wanted.
Hummel says this summer pilot is a reinvestment on their improvements, in the hopes that more people will consider Cap Metro a viable way to get around town.
