Lance Armstrong was hospitalized with a head injury after falling off of his bicycle. The 46-year-old disgraced former Tour de France champion posted a photo on Twitter of his bloodied face saying “sometimes you’re the hammer and sometimes you’re the nail.”
He was treated and released from an Aspen hospital.
