31-year-old Adam Ouda was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting two children. Round Rock Detective Patrick Turtk said Ouda is in jail thanks to a diligent mother checking her daughters cell phone.
Turtk said two more victims are known and are asking any others to come forward.
