One man is in the hospital following an overnight shooting arounnd midnight Wednesday at an Applebees off I-35 in North Austin.
APD officials say an unknown suspect approached the victim threatening to shoot him if he did not hand over his watch. Just moments later the victim was shot several times, but he was still able to drive to a nearby gas station and call for help. He is in severe life threatening condition.
