Polling outfit ruling won’t impact Texas

This week the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a Minnesota law that prohibited clothing with political messages being worn at polling places.  Texas has a similar law, but law professor Dr. Gerald Treece says we won’t be impacted.

He says the difference in the law is that Texas strictly bans such things, but the Minnesota law left the decision up to poll workers.
